Sad news for us.
We were sued and forced, by court order to give Big Boy back.
The place where we adopted him said we didn't comply to the adoption agreement.
That's total BS. The only agreement we signed off to was, Give him a good loving home, have him neutered by age 2 and, Be Vet checked every year. we have done all of that. he had his own bed and own safe place to go when he felt like he needed to be in a safe place. all our kitties have their own safe place. They all have a community safe place, where they all can go fell safe together.
I know why they wanted him back because he is a pure breed Maine Coon Snowshoe cat.
they are very rare cats the babies can sell between $2.500 to $8.000 each.
Since he is such a rare cat, we have been told his kittens can sell for as much as $12.000 each
as long as he breeds with another pure breed Maine Coon Snowshoe. We have bred him two times with another of the same breed. Then had him neutered like we agreed to. Hid kittens did sell for $8.500 each we split it 50% 50% with the owner of the female cat. His first litter produced 12 kittens
His second litter produced 8 kittens, sadly one was still born.
I believe this is why they wanted him back for breeding. They are going to get a big surprise when he arrives back and sees he has been neutered. I then believe and hope they will change their minds and give him back to us.
That's it for now. Puppy, Mokey, Bright Eyes are all doing well.
Thanks for visiting.
